Refund and Returns Policy

At Kajol A to Z Service Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be offered for our cleaning, painting, and pest control services.


1. Payment & Booking

  • Payments are collected at the time of booking via online payment or direct transfer.
  • All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the scheduled service could not be provided due to company error.
  • Service Quality Issues: If the service provided does not meet the agreed scope or standard, and the issue is reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Note: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be applied depending on the work completed.


3. Returns / Service Rework

  • If a service does not meet expectations, customers can request a rework within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Rework will be scheduled at the earliest possible time based on availability.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service is completed.
  • Pre-existing property conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Delays caused by the customer or circumstances beyond our control (weather, access issues, etc.).
