1. Payment & Booking
- Payments are collected at the time of booking via online payment or direct transfer.
- All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If the scheduled service could not be provided due to company error.
- Service Quality Issues: If the service provided does not meet the agreed scope or standard, and the issue is reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Note: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be applied depending on the work completed.
3. Returns / Service Rework
- If a service does not meet expectations, customers can request a rework within 48 hours of service completion.
- Rework will be scheduled at the earliest possible time based on availability.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service is completed.
- Pre-existing property conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.
- Delays caused by the customer or circumstances beyond our control (weather, access issues, etc.).
